LatinEuro is only an information provider. All we do is provide
contact information so that people can say hi to one another for a
potential friendship, date and/or relationship. LatinEuro provides
email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses for the purpose of
saying hi to someone.
We do not do tours, personalized introductions, consultations, and
we do not meet with clients in person nor give personal dating
advice. We do not get personally involved in your relationships. We
are not responsible for the interactions of our members. You are
solely responsible for your interactions with other members of our
agency. All we do is provide data so that you can contact another
person.
LatinEuro does not control the information provided by the members.
Both parties use our service as adults and of their own free will.
Member Conduct:
LatinEuro is concerned about the safety and privacy of all of its
users.
Please use caution, common sense, and safety while using our
service. When writing to members, please be respectful, honest, and
polite. Please do not make sexual references or obscenity with
another member. Do not use references or behavior that are abusive,
harmful, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous. Do not use
ant racism, bigotry, hatred, stalking or physical harm of any kind
against anyone or anything that harasses or advocates harassment of
another person. Please do not call after hours local time. Members
in violation of these terms will be banned from the site.
Proprietary Rights:
LatinEuro owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and
the Service. Customer use of this copyrighted material, data and
images, is for their personal use only, for contact, dating,
friendship, and romance. You may not redistribute any name or
contact information, which includes emails, telephone numbers,
mailing addresess, bios or images. You may not copy, modify,
publish, transmit, share, post, recruit from, redistribute, or
reproduce, distribute, perform, display, resell, or sell any such
proprietary information. In no way are you to benefit commercially
from the use of this material, and you cannot not give this material
to anyone else for any purpose or to any company or organization.
Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become customers
and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. You
agree that there shall be no third party beneficiaries to this
Agreement. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website will
result in legal action, including without limitation, civil,
criminal, and injunctive redress.
You agree not to violate (intentionally or unintentionally) any
applicable Local, State, National, or International laws. I hold
harmless LatinEuro, its officers, agents, employees, and directors
from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of
every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected,
disclosed and undisclosed.
Electronic Agreement:
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally
binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the
Service. By accessing the Website or becoming a Member, you accept
this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices
contained or referenced herein. By using our service, you agree to
these terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use
this service.
LatinEuro only posts the information the members give us. We can not
guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of all
information. However, we will make every effort to compensate for
any contact information inaccuracy.
You hold harmless LatinEuro, its officers, agents, employees, and
directors from claims, demands, and damages (actual and
consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,
suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed.
